Compare before you buy
Warranty vs as-is: what you’re really buying.
Most used computers sold online or through a marketplace are sold as-is. If the drive or the battery fails a month later, the cost is yours, and the seller has often moved on.
Whoever you buy from, ask three things: how long the warranty lasts, whether it covers parts and labor, and where you take the computer if something fails.
Ours: 90 days, parts and labor, handled at our shop in San Antonio. Physical damage and liquid damage aren’t covered.
Every computer is inspected and every part tested before it’s sold. See how we refurbish computers.
