Buying a refurbished computer
Is everything you sell refurbished?
Yes. Every computer is inspected, has every part tested, and is cleaned and set up with Windows and the latest updates before it’s listed. See how we refurbish computers.
What’s the difference between refurbished and used?
A used computer is sold as-is. A refurbished one has been checked, tested and set up fresh by a seller who backs it with a warranty. See refurbished vs used computers.
Do you ship?
No. We’re store pickup only. Order online and pick up at the shop, or come in and shop in person.
Can I see a computer before I buy it?
Yes. Come in Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 5:30 pm. If you have one in mind, call 210-710-2020 first to check it’s still in stock.
Do your computers come with Windows?
Yes, with the latest updates. Most run Windows 11, and the listing shows which version is installed.

What warranty do you offer?
A 90-day parts-and-labor warranty on every refurbished computer, laptop and monitor we sell.
What isn’t covered?
Physical damage, like a drop or a cracked screen, and liquid damage, like a spill.
How do I make a claim?
Call 210-710-2020, then bring it to the shop. We’ll check it and repair or replace the failed part. See how our warranty works.

Selling
Selling your computer
What do you buy?
Working laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, and LCD monitors 22 inches and larger, all under five years old.
How long does it take?
We usually evaluate a computer in under 15 minutes. If you accept our offer, you’re paid the same day.
Do I need an appointment to sell?
No. Walk in any time we’re open, Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 5:30 pm.
What happens to my data when I sell?
Once we purchase your computer, your data is securely destroyed.
What if it’s too old or doesn’t work?
We can’t buy it, but you can recycle it with us for free, with secure data destruction.
Recycling
Recycling and data destruction
Is recycling really free?
Yes. Dropping off electronics at our shop is free for households and businesses, and so is secure data destruction.
What do you take?
Computers, laptops, phones, tablets, LCD and LED monitors, printers, ink and toner cartridges, parts, cables, networking gear, servers and loose drives. See electronics disposal for everything else.
Do you take TVs?
No, we don’t take TVs of any kind or CRT monitors. See where to take a TV.
Can I leave the battery in my laptop?
Yes. Batteries can stay inside laptops and phones. See laptop recycling.
Can I get a certificate of data destruction?
Yes. Certificates are free for businesses on request. For households, they’re $15 for the first device and $5 for each extra one. See hard drive destruction.
Business
For businesses
Do you pick up from businesses?
Yes. Pickup is free for 20 or more units, Monday to Friday. For fewer, a small pickup fee may apply, or you can drop off for free.
Do you pick up from homes?
No. Pickup is for businesses. Households can drop off for free at the shop.
Do you work with IT providers?
Yes. We can pick up from your client’s site and split certificates per client. See recycling for MSPs.

Where are you?
11503 Jones Maltsberger Rd, STE 1138, San Antonio, TX 78216, near the airport.
What are your hours?
Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 5:30 pm. We’re closed Sunday and Monday. Business pickups are scheduled Monday to Friday.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in for shopping, selling or recycling drop-offs any time we’re open.
