For MSPs & IT providers

A local recycling partner for San Antonio MSPs.

When you retire hardware for your clients, the drives and the paperwork are on you. We recycle it for free, sanitize every drive following NIST SP 800-88, and give you a certificate per client that lists every serial number and method. Why it matters

Your clients ask what happened to their old drives.

You’re accountable for the drives

Clients trust you with their hardware, so they’ll ask you where the data went.

Every drive sanitized, with the method recorded per drive.

Paperwork per client

One pile of mixed hardware and one certificate doesn’t help when each client wants their own record.

Ask for a certificate per client with every serial number listed.

Your techs’ time is billable

Hauling old towers and wiping drives isn’t a good use of a technician’s day.

We pick up from your client’s site, free for 20 or more units.

How it works

How it works with an IT provider.

The same process as any business, organized around your clients.

Tell us what’s going

Call 210-710-2020 or use the pickup form with a rough count, and which client each batch belongs to.

Pickup or drop-off

Free pickup at 20 or more units, Monday to Friday, at your office or your client’s site. Or drop off at our shop Tuesday to Saturday.

Drives recorded and sanitized

Each drive’s serial number is recorded. SSDs are purged and hard drives are destroyed.

A certificate per client

Ask for a Certificate of Data Destruction & Recycling for each client. It’s free for businesses.

What we take

Everything you pull out of a client’s office.

We take: laptops, desktops, LCD and LED monitors, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, cabling, loose hard drives and SSDs, printers, ink and toner cartridges, phones and tablets. Working or not.

We don’t take: TVs of any kind or CRT monitors.
