Office cleanout? We’ll take the computers.
Moving, closing or replacing every computer at once, the old equipment has to go somewhere. We recycle the electronics from office cleanouts for free and sanitize every drive following NIST SP 800-88. Pickup is free for 20 or more units, Monday to Friday.

Why it matters
The computers are the part of a cleanout you can’t just haul away.
They hold your data
Every desktop, laptop and server in the office still has files, email and saved passwords on it.
Every drive is sanitized, free.
They don’t belong in a dumpster
Batteries, circuit boards and screens need proper recycling, not a dumpster behind the building.
We recycle them. Nothing goes to the landfill.
The deadline doesn’t move
A lease end or a move date leaves no room for a closet of old equipment nobody planned for.
Book a weekday pickup ahead of your move.
How it works
A simple plan for the computers.
Do this a week or two before move-out and the electronics won’t hold you up.
Count what’s going
Walk the office and count laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, servers and network gear.
Back up and sign out
Save anything you need, then sign devices out of company accounts and remove them from device management.
Book the pickup
Request a pickup or call 210-710-2020. Pickups are scheduled Monday to Friday.
Get the paperwork
Drives are sanitized. Ask for a certificate and every serial number is listed.
What we take from a cleanout
Electronics only. Here’s the list.
We take: laptops, desktops, LCD and LED monitors, printers, ink and toner cartridges, servers, switches, routers and other networking gear, cabling, loose drives, phones and tablets. Working or not.
We don’t take: TVs of any kind, CRT monitors, furniture or general office junk. Ask your waste hauler about those.
Clearing a server room too? See server and network equipment recycling.

FAQs
Common questions about office cleanouts.
What should we do with computers when we move offices?
Decide what’s going to the new office, then recycle the rest. We pick up for free at 20 or more units, Monday to Friday, and sanitize every drive following NIST SP 800-88.
Is it free?
Yes, for 20 or more units. For fewer, a small pickup fee may apply, or you can drop off at our shop for free. Data destruction is always free.
Do you take office furniture?
No. We take electronics only: computers, monitors, printers, servers, networking gear, phones, tablets and cables.
How far ahead should we book?
A week or two before your move-out date is a good idea. Call 210-710-2020 and we’ll find a weekday that works.
Do we need to wipe the computers first?
No. We sanitize every drive. Back up what you need and sign devices out of company accounts first so nothing gets locked.
Can we get a certificate for the drives?
Yes. Ask for a Certificate of Data Destruction & Recycling. It lists every drive by serial number and is free for businesses.
What about TVs and old CRT monitors?
We don’t take TVs of any kind or CRT monitors. Ask your waste hauler or a recycler that accepts them.
